Awesome bang for your buck! The boxes are a joy, and the items are just right.

What a terrible experience! Some items were missing without any explanation, and a whopping 80% of what I did receive was expired, with some being 6 months old. A few products were labeled as short-dated, but when they showed up, they had a weird color and were way past their sell-by date. I tried reaching out to the company, but they ignored me at first. It wasn't until I posted on their Facebook that I got a response, which was just a link saying that expired food is still safe to eat—like that helps! I had to go through PayPal to sort this out. Initially, they offered me a measly £3 refund on my £23 order. When I turned that down, they upped it to £11, which I took just to wrap this up, even though it was still not enough. I definitely won't be shopping with them again. Thanks for the reply, but my review shows how let down I am by the clearly inedible items and the hassle I faced to get any resolution. From your response, it seems you still don’t get that you messed up. Six months past the expiration date is NOT short-dated! Oh, and not a single chocolate bar in my order, including the full-priced ones, was within the best before date. The only items that were okay were the two boxes of meringues. So please, stop pretending you provided a proper solution.

I placed my order on October 23rd, and it finally showed up yesterday, November 12th—nearly 20 days later! I get that this might not be the company's issue, probably more on Royal Mail's end. Still, I reached out a couple of times to let them know my order was MIA, and it took a while to hear back. One of my emails didn’t even get a reply! I'm pretty bummed since this was supposed to be a birthday gift for someone whose special day has already come and gone. The products were nice, but I doubt I'll shop here again.

Navigating the website was a breeze, but the customer support leaves a lot to be desired. I got myself a vegan mystery box that was supposed to be gluten-free, but one of the items I got had wheat in it. I didn’t notice until it was too late, and it set off an immune reaction. I reached out via email to let them know and to request that they don’t send that product out again, but I never heard back!

Man, this stuff is delicious! Way better than the actual deal, it really feels like I'm treating myself while still getting some good nutrition. The site is a breeze to use, and my package arrived pretty quickly. I'm super pleased and definitely gonna buy again!

A buddy from Stockholm suggested this, so I placed my order at the start of December, but there's been no trace of the item. I get that Covid's causing delays, but after shelling out more than 20 bucks for shipping, I'm left with a gift that hasn't made it in time for Christmas. Can't say anything about the quality since it hasn't arrived, but I'm really let down that the website mentioned a wait of 2 to 3 weeks instead of the usual 3 to 5 days, and here I am with nothing.

I got the £10 surprise box as a gift for my brother, who can't have gluten and is vegan. The box is pretty impressive; it feels quite hefty, so it’s loaded with goodies. I reckon it’s a lovely gift and feels a bit more thoughtful for someone with these dietary restrictions.
